I. Eligibility Criteria

Customers may request returns or exchanges within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery confirmation, excluding custom-made products.

All items must remain unused, unopened, and in pristine condition without any wear, scratches, or deformation. Original packaging and all accessories (including certificates, boxes, and cleaning cloths) must be included. Proof of purchase such as order screenshots or invoices is required.

Special conditions apply to certain products:

• Custom-made items qualify for refunds only if defective or damaged
• Digital downloads are non-refundable
• Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective
• Gift cards are non-refundable

II. Operational Procedures

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

• Your order number
• Detailed reason for return/exchange
• Photographic evidence of product issues (where applicable)

Step 2: Review & Return Process
We will review applications within 48 business hours. Upon approval:

• For returns: Customers must ship items prepaid to our designated address
• For exchanges: Availability depends on current stock levels
• For defective items: We cover all associated shipping costs

Step 3: Inspection & Resolution

• Returns: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection completion (excluding bank processing time)
• Exchanges: Replacement items ship within 72 hours of approval
• Defective goods: Receive priority replacement or full refund

III. Special Provisions

Customers bear shipping costs for non-defective returns/exchanges. We cover costs for incorrect shipments or defective items.

Items explicitly marked “Final Sale” are ineligible for discretionary returns. We reserve the right to modify this policy without prior notice, with changes effective immediately upon posting.
